Monthly Athletic Programming
Monthly Programming by Human Movement is an all-encompassing service that provides the user with in-hand, daily exercises, drills, and techniques to reach the goals they have set for themselves. From strength to aerobic capacity, mobility and everything in between, you will be given a step-by-step guide to improving your performance.
Once you decide to work with Human Movement, a Movement Coach will meet with you for your free consultation to determine the best course of action for your specific goals. Regular assessment and testing will ensure continued success throughout your program.
Programs are provided on a monthly basis straight to your smartphone through the TrainHeroic App.
Automatic billing or month by month options are available for your convenience.
